Back when we started our company, contacts were only offered in single-pin configuration or as glued assemblies. Customers soon realized that replacing individual contacts was inefficient and expensive. To meet the need for a one-piece modular contact, Precision Contacts developed our 100-mil DIP molded contact—the industry standard then and now.
